«Я и мои деньги» — Me and My Money
Earning, spending and saving consciously. A psychological workbook.
This is a workbook rather than simply a book to read: twelve exercises, each followed by blank pages for your answers. Nine chapters, six rules and over twenty beliefs about money explored in detail help you build a personal financial profile by the final page.

How this book can help
All four concern beliefs rather than income. What follows is therefore exercises rather than advice, with space to answer directly in the book.
About the book
Money is complicated even when you have plenty, and very difficult when you do not have enough. Yet much of what shapes our financial success lies in our own minds: unconscious beliefs that undermine prosperity, outdated rules weighing us down and personal strengths left unused. We often do not even know what is there. I invite you to take stock: discard some things, defuse others and finally put useful resources to work.
That is why this book is a workbook. Each exercise has space for you to write your answers, building a personal financial profile by the final page. I offer no universally correct rules: there are none. There is no single right way to handle money, but many approaches depending on who you are. An impulsive person need not become a devoted planner: no personality is inherently unsuitable. You cannot become wealthy exactly like your neighbour; you can only become wealthier as yourself.
- Twelve exercises with space to answer on the page, culminating in your personal financial profile
- Over twenty unconscious beliefs examined individually, from “honest people live from payday to payday” to “look after the pennies and the pounds will look after themselves”
- Four personality traits and their effects on money: impulsiveness, caution, calculation and absent-mindedness
- Three attitudes towards money and five real-life strategies, including “Sisyphus” and “That is when life will really begin”
«Money is you. If you are dispirited and burnt out, you will appear less valuable in interviews than you really are».— an extract from the book

What readers say
«I knew Tchoubarov from television, but had never read his books or attended his training. It turned out that once you start, you cannot stop. I have read two books and completed two training programmes, and my life is changing dramatically. The book contains plenty of useful material, but the work you do yourself matters more».
Ольга«A good, accessible book about the psychological foundations of our relationship with money: earning, saving, investing and spending it. I would disagree with a few points, but overall it is logical and relevant. Many people will find the author's exercises genuinely useful».
Иван«The book resonated with me. I am going through a difficult financial period and realise that money is a delicate matter. I did the exercises and understood what I was doing wrong; now I need to act. Changing financial habits is not easy: the book helps, but it takes sustained work».
