«Погружение в себя. Практики» — Exploring Your Inner World: Exercises
Over a hundred exercises with space for your answers: a path from “I understand everything about myself” to “I am putting it into practice”. You do not need to have read the first book: each section opens with a brief summary of the theory, giving you enough to continue working.

How this book can help
Reading alone cannot resolve any of these questions. What follows is therefore questions rather than chapters, with space to write your own answers by hand.
About the book
Working on yourself is like diving. At the surface lie familiar explanations, automatic reactions and ready-made answers about yourself. Greater depth brings greater authenticity. But diving unprepared is risky: without equipment, you may choke, panic, surface and never want to return. This workbook therefore has two stages. First, “Equipment”: getting to know your strengths, weaknesses, values, fears and roles. Then, “Diving technique”: putting that knowledge to work through the inner critic, journals, body-based and creative practices, and visualisation.
This workbook grew out of questions readers of «Погружение в себя» have asked me for years: how to keep working with these ideas, bring them into everyday life and move from understanding change to experiencing it. There are no right answers, grades or scores, only questions and space to answer in your own handwriting. Start anywhere and work at your own pace: this is neither a marathon nor a personal challenge. You may want to skip something or get stuck in places; that is normal and expected.
- Over a hundred exercises and questions, with space to answer on the page
- 29 named practices in six groups: writing, journals, body-based work, creative work, visualisation and Dilts' pyramid
- Nine topics in the first part: shame, self-esteem, guilt and resentment, responsibility, money, dependence, relationships, envy and the dark side
- A brief theory summary before each section: no need to read the first book
«Allow yourself to be a living human being: imperfect, not constantly mindful and not always resilient».— an extract from the book
