For over 20 years, I have worked with private clients and senior executives in Russia and internationally. I help people navigate inner conflicts and life crises, build mature relationships and make difficult decisions.

My main areas of expertise are emotional intelligence and self-esteem. My professional training includes clinical psychology at RANEPA, Gestalt therapy and clinical hypnotherapy. I coach executives and public figures, and my own work explores self-knowledge, relationships, emotions and money.

What clients say

«Difficult relationships at work were causing worry, sadness, frequent low moods and exhaustion. I did not give it much importance: “It is bearable; it could be worse.”»
Юлия Найденко Юлия Найденко
«Seeing a psychologist for the first time is not easy. You think you know what to say and do, and feel comfortable and relaxed. Yet the words do not come, or they are not the right ones».
Юлия Моспанова Юлия Моспанова
«I really liked Vlad's approach. Gently and calmly, he helps you understand the situation and see it from the outside».

Frequently asked questions

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on your concerns: sometimes a few meetings are enough; sometimes the work takes longer. We agree the pace together, without pressure.

Is it confidential?

Yes. Everything you say in a session stays between us.

What if this format is not right for me?

There is no obligation to continue: you can stop at any time. The first meeting helps you decide whether continuing feels right for you.

How does a consultation differ from coaching?

A consultation works with feelings and your state here and now. Coaching focuses more on goals and the future. I can help you choose the format that best suits your concerns.
