About the programme
A performing career demands intense concentration, discipline and emotional commitment. When that career changes or ends, familiar points of reference may no longer work. I help you navigate this transition without dismissing the experience you have gained, and explore how to use it in the next chapter.
Areas we can work on
- ending a performing career or reducing professional commitments;
- fear of losing familiar status, an audience and social connections;
- finding new work and sources of creative fulfilment;
- transferring performing skills into teaching, management or your own projects;
- restoring balance between professional and personal life.
How we work together
We identify which aspects of your previous role are worth retaining, which now hold you back and what opportunities the new stage offers. Then we develop and test several realistic scenarios and create a clear, step-by-step transition plan.
Format
The programme can include up to 12 individual sessions lasting 60–90 minutes. Pace and content are adapted to your situation, the rate of change and your specific concerns.
Outcome
You can build on your experience, see new professional roles more clearly and begin the next stage without feeling that the previous part of your life was wasted.
