Personal data processing policy

1. General provisions

This personal data processing policy has been prepared in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006, “On Personal Data”, and defines the procedures for processing personal data and the measures taken to protect it by Individual Entrepreneur Tchoubarov Vladislav Valeryevich, hereinafter the Data Controller.

• The Data Controller considers respect for human and civil rights and freedoms in personal data processing, including the rights to privacy and personal and family confidentiality, a primary objective and a condition of conducting its activities.
• The Data Controller's personal data processing policy applies to all information it may obtain about visitors to the website.

2. Key definitions

This Policy uses the terms defined in Federal Law No. 152-FZ, including automated processing, blocking, anonymisation, processing, data controller, personal data, provision and dissemination of personal data, cross-border transfer, destruction of personal data and other terms.

3. Personal data processed by the Data Controller

• Surname, first name and patronymic;
• Email address;
• Phone numbers;
• Anonymised visitor data, including cookies, collected through web statistics services such as Yandex Metrica.

4. Purposes of personal data processing

• Informing the User by email; entering into, performing and terminating civil-law contracts; providing access to the website's services, information and materials.
• The Data Controller may send notifications about new products, services and special offers. The User may opt out by emailing v.tchoubarov@gmail.com with the subject “Opt out of notifications”.
• Anonymised data helps improve the website and its content.

5. Legal grounds for processing

• The Data Controller processes personal data only when the User enters and/or submits it through website forms. By submitting data, the User consents to this Policy.
• Anonymised data is processed where the User's browser settings permit cookies and JavaScript.

6. Collection, storage and processing procedures
