The psychology of money

Money reflects our beliefs, self-esteem and relationships. Across 7 modules, you will honestly explore what prevents you from earning with ease and spending with pleasure, and build a healthier relationship with money.

  • Identify the beliefs behind your income ceiling
  • Explore the link between income, self-esteem and inner beliefs
  • Define a financial goal and a plan for reaching it

About the course

This is about the psychology of money rather than investment techniques: the beliefs, emotions and self-esteem that shape how much you earn and how you manage it. Reflecting on each module and answering honestly helps you recognise and change your financial patterns. Some may go on to earn more; others may deliberately step away from chasing money in favour of something they value more.

What you will gain

  • understand what holds back your financial wellbeing
  • recognise unconscious beliefs that make earning and spending money more difficult
  • understand how self-esteem affects your income
  • understand what money really means to you
  • define a financial goal, plan and tools for achieving it
  • work through inner barriers around money

What is included

54 screens across 7 modules: a video introduction, an interactive self-assessment of your relationship with money, animated explanations, examples and exercises to work through independently. Work at your own pace, with no deadlines.
