About the training
In an open group, we explore how emotions arise, what they tell us about our needs and how they influence decisions, motivation and relationships. Participants primarily work with situations from their own lives and gain tools for independent practice.
During the training, you can
- recognising and naming your emotional states more precisely;
- better understanding other people's emotions and intentions;
- noticing automatic reactions and choosing a more suitable response;
- understanding emotional dynamics in relationships;
- using emotions as information in personal decisions.
How we work together
I combine brief explanations, individual exercises, work in pairs and group discussion. No specialist psychological knowledge is required, but participation calls for respect for other people's experiences and a willingness to observe yourself.
Outcome
You will identify your own development needs and gain a clear set of practices for emotional awareness, self-regulation and more precise communication.
