Training objectives
Even a well-defined goal fails to work if people understand it differently, cannot see their own contribution or cannot connect it to everyday decisions. In this training, we explore the full path from intention to an observable outcome.
Participants will learn
- distinguishing a goal from a wish, task or individual action;
- defining measurable outcome criteria;
- checking that a goal is realistic and aligned with business priorities;
- sharing responsibility and agreeing checkpoints;
- recognising conflicting goals and adjusting the plan in time.
Tailored to your company
Before the training, I clarify the management context and typical difficulties. During the practical section, participants can work with anonymised examples or current departmental goals, depending on the objectives and confidentiality requirements.
Outcome
The team gains a shared approach to defining goals, discussing delivery criteria and turning agreements into consistent action.
