Employee, colleague, manager
Is it easy to understand and predict behaviour while considering people's individual characteristics? It is challenging, but possible.
- improving teamwork
- anticipating potential risks in communication with colleagues
- understanding the psychological causes of your own and others' behaviour
About the practice tool
This practice tool offers an introduction to building effective relationships through DISC, one of the world's most widely used behavioural frameworks. You explore four behavioural styles, what motivates each, what to avoid when communicating with them and where their strengths lie.
After the theory, you work with character cards to identify each person's behavioural profile. The practice tool lets you develop communication skills in three roles, employee, colleague and manager, through situations with different scenarios.
You will learn
- identifying behavioural profiles and anticipating behaviour
- improving teamwork with awareness of personality types
- anticipating potential risks in communication with colleagues
- understanding the psychological causes of your own and others' behaviour
What is included
An interactive practice tool based on DISC: an introduction to four behavioural styles, character cards for identifying behavioural profiles, and a simulation of interactions as an employee, colleague or manager, with feedback on every decision. You can leave and resume where you stopped.
