About the training
When we hear “addiction”, we usually think of alcohol or cigarettes. Yet we all depend to some extent on many things: a loved one, other people's opinions, habits or time on social media. Where is the boundary between attachment and dependence, or between a harmful habit and a helpful one? How do we choose what makes us happy and give up what harms us? How can we be independent without being lonely? Drawing on twenty years in practical psychology, I lead this training with Elena Barkholenko, whose approach complements mine.
This training can help you
- understanding how dependence develops and gaining tools to work with it;
- understanding how to let go of harmful habits;
- choosing your attachments without confusing them with dependence;
- being independent without being lonely;
- feeling freer even in difficult situations.
Who it is for
For anyone willing to examine their attachments honestly and regain freedom and inner support. Exercises and homework help put understanding into practice.
