Executive coaching is valuable when a decision carries significant consequences, there is no ready-made answer and discussing the situation within the company is difficult. We consider the business challenge, your leadership role and the decision's impact on people together.

How we work together
We begin by establishing the business context, desired outcome and criteria for assessing change. During sessions, we explore specific management situations, test assumptions, consider alternatives and agree actions to take before the next meeting.
I maintain confidentiality and leave management decisions with the manager. My role is to broaden your perspective, help you recognise the limitations of your leadership style and turn insights into practical steps.
Format and outcomes
Sessions take place online or in person by prior arrangement and usually last 1.5 to 2 hours. The outcome is more than general recommendations: a clearer leadership position, a decision and a plan for putting it into practice in your actual working environment.
