About the training
Society talks a great deal about success and self-development, as though everyone has equal chances if they simply want something enough. In reality, our achievements depend in part on willpower, which, like self-esteem, develops in childhood under the influence of family and environment. If willpower feels like forcing yourself, it subtly affects your choices and decisions. Drawing on my twenty years in practical psychology, this training helps you understand how your willpower works and strengthen it in relation to specific goals.
This training is for you if you want to
- letting go of harmful habits;
- learning to enjoy achieving goals;
- finding a balance between tension and relaxation;
- understanding the difference between desire and happiness;
- strengthening willpower without putting pressure on yourself.
Who it is for
For anyone tired of forcing themselves who wants to pursue goals through their own values rather than sheer self-coercion.
